The 2017 Year-End Fix Packs will be available for general release for all supported product releases in mid-December, 2017. The Year-End Fix Pack will include changes for both US and Canadian customers. Releases Supported for 2017 Year-End Processing

• eCMS v.4.1 Service Pack 1 or later
• eCMS v.4.0 SP3 Fix Pack 13 or later
• eCMS v.3.7 SP12 Fix Pack 4 or later
• CMS v.3.4.3 SP14 Fix Pack 2 or later

The Year-end Fix Pack will be customer installable and available for download from the Customer Support Website. Hosted eCMS customer environment updates will be installed by Computer Guidance within a week after the Year-end Fix Pack becomes available. Documentation and Webinar Presentations The US and Canadian Year-End Webinar Presentation Files, Links to the US and Canadian Year-End Webinar Recordings and Year-End Update Documentation will be made available on the Customer Support Website  by mid-December, 2017.
